3. Contractor Relationships and Licensing
American Home Revival works with a network of licensed, insured, and vetted home improvement contractors and professionals. However, we make the following disclosures:
- American Home Revival is not the direct employer of all contractors in our network
- Individual contractors are responsible for maintaining their own licenses and insurance
- Licensing requirements vary by state and project type
- You should verify contractor credentials independently before work begins
- American Home Revival does not guarantee the work of independently contracted partners
- For directly employed American Home Revival staff, full liability and workmanship warranties apply
4. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing
All initial quotes and estimates provided are non-binding and are based on information provided by the homeowner. Final pricing is subject to change based on:
- On-site inspection and assessment
- Material price fluctuations
- Scope changes discovered during work
- Local permit and inspection fees
- Unforeseen structural or code compliance requirements
All final pricing must be agreed upon in writing via a signed contract before any work commences. We do not charge consultation fees for initial estimates.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each individual project contract. General terms include:
- A deposit of 10-30% may be required before work begins, as specified in your contract
- Progress payments may be required at project milestones
- Final payment is due upon project completion and homeowner approval
- We accept checks, ACH bank transfer, and major credit cards
- Financing options are available through our partner network (subject to credit approval)
- Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge
6. Warranties and Guarantees
American Home Revival provides the following warranties on directly performed work:
- Labor Warranty: 1-year workmanship warranty on all labor performed by American Home Revival employees
- Roofing: Additional manufacturer warranties up to 50 years on qualifying materials
- Windows & Doors: Lifetime warranty available on select product lines
- Solar: 25-year performance guarantee on qualifying panel installations
Warranties are void if damage results from misuse, natural disasters, improper maintenance, or modifications made by non-American Home Revival personnel. Manufacturer warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following policies:
- You may cancel a service agreement within 3 business days of signing with no penalty (where applicable under state law)
- Cancellations after 3 business days but before work begins may incur a fee of up to 15% of the contracted amount
- Cancellations after work has begun are subject to payment for work completed plus reasonable materials restocking fees
- Deposits are generally non-refundable after the 3-day cancellation period unless otherwise stated in your contract
8. Homeowner Responsibilities
By engaging American Home Revival services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your property and project requirements
- Ensure clear and safe access to work areas throughout the project
- Obtain necessary HOA approvals before work begins
- Disclose any known hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint, etc.)
- Secure pets and children away from work areas
- Be available or designate a responsible adult for project decisions
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
9. Lead Generation and Partner Referrals
American Home Revival participates in lead generation programs and refers customers to partner companies. By submitting your information through our Site or by requesting a quote:
- You consent to being contacted by American Home Revival and its verified partners
- Your information may be shared with up to 5 partner companies in relevant service categories
- Partner companies operate independently and are bound by separate agreements
- You may opt out of partner communications at any time by contacting us at info@americanhomerevival.com
- American Home Revival may receive compensation from partners for referrals
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and software, is the property of American Home Revival or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOMEPRO USA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR THIS SITE.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
